Standing at 19,341ft, Kilimanjaro is the highest freestanding mountain on earth and the fourth highest climb of the seven summits.

Climbing Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest point, presents not only a physical challenge but an exciting journey through the numerous and diverse ecosystems of the mountain, a sight not to be missed! We begin our journey in the tropical lowlands, then ascend to barren alpine desert, and finally discover the ice cliffs and snow-capped summit. A truly beautiful sight and worth the effort of the climb! Tanzania is one of the few locations where we trade in our Argentinean maté tea for the local specialty, peaberry coffee, and it certainly lives up to its distinguished reputation!

Our standard expedition is 10 days with a 4-day add-on safari program after the climb. We welcome family and friends to join our team during the safari afterwards if they are not keen on climbing Kilimanjaro, but are still interested in experiencing the beauty of Tanzania’s wildlife and landscape. For climbers on a tight schedule, we are pleased to offer a condensed version of the Kilimanjaro climb in ten days, without the safari.
