Chamonix has become a playground of epic proportions, with lift-accessible trails offer thrilling panoramas and challenges to ski-mountaineers and other high-altitude thrill seekers from around the world. With the sheer white heights of the Mont Blanc massif as its sensational backdrop, the Chamonix Valley shows the Alps at their most dramatic.
We recommend 3 to 7 days of hotel and mountain hut based activity to home in on glacial and ski-mountaineering skills, as well as skiing lots and lots of vertical feet, at altitude. The comforts and mountain cuisine of the local huta make this a seamless adventure with utterly outstanding skiing!
Haute Route Trip
Ski touring from Zermatt to Chamonix is an adventure not to be taken lightly. BBE departs in April and May (bookings need to be made 6 months in advance).
